Order Processing

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing of your order. If paying by e-transfer, your order will not be processed until payment is received.  

Shipping Within Canada

We only ship within Canada at this time. Shipping costs vary based on size and weight of your order, and are calculated on the checkout screen. You will receive a tracking number by email when the shipping label has been created.

Canada Post Shipping Times

Expedited Parcel: 2 - 8 business days
Xpresspost: 1 - 2 business days
Priority: 1 - 2 business days

Pickup at Camp Kawartha

Pickups are available during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm (except public holidays) at our main office on 1010 Birchview Road, Douro-Dummer, ON.  Pickup before or after business hours is dependent on the availability of our office admin staff. 

Pickup at Camp Kawartha's Environment Centre

If you or your child are attending a program at the Environment Centre, on Pioneer Road in Peterborough, we will arrange to leave your order with the staff at the Centre. 

Otherwise, we will arrange a day/time for you to pickup your items when we contact you to confirm your order is ready.

Camper Care Packages

Care packages will be given to your child while they are at camp.  If you missed providing the necessary info in the Order Notes when placing your order, you may use our contact form to tell us your Order number, the child's First and Last Name, Camp Session (& Cabin if known). You may also write a short message to be included in the care package.
